The nic.at service team is your direct contact. Our well-trained staff members will gladly answer your questions in a competent and reliable way. We are available via e-mail, fax, letter or telephone from Monday to Friday 8:00 - 18:00 (MEZ/MEZS). The team processes registrations and data modifications quickly and precisely. You will also receive information about .at-domains, your invoice or payment arrangements.
Head of Customer Service
attended the College for Occupation in Service Industries Management in Ried am Wolfgangsee and completed her A-levels at Wifi Salzburg. She was employed at Telekom Austria AG and Eduscho in the field of customer processing. In 2000, Katharina Hackl joined nic.at, where she was working in the areas of customer care and registrar service. In 2008 she became the head of the customer care center. She is responsible for the entire end customer and registrar service as well as the organisation of events and trainings.
Christine Eder joined nic.at in 2014 as an apprentice and completed her degree in 2017. She supports the departments Customer Service, PR & Marketing and Finance.
returned in 2013 from her maternity leave and supports the customer service team in handling all customer requests.
Bettina Kaineder joined nic.at in 2010. Besides the handling customer requests she also cares for the nic.at registrars.
Since the beginning of her apprenticeship in 2002, Kathrin Kobler is an inherent part of the customer service. Furthermore, she is responsible for customer liaison and support of the registrars.

Since september 2009 Gudrun Zelder is in the nic.at team.She treats all customer requests, as well as all registrar requests.
