Head of legal department
studied law at the faculty of law in Salzburg and joined nic.at in April 2001 as the head of the legal department. Her field of activity includes legal consultation in case of domain disputes, legal issues within the company, forming contracts as well as the legal representation of nic.at towards international organisations like ICANN and Centr. Furthermore she is acting as a speaker at seminars and events on the topics of Domain and Internet Law.
She is also head of the Stopline Board. Stopline is the Austrian hotline against Child Pornography and National Socialistic Offences on the Internet – www.stopline.at

Bernhard Erler
Lawyer
deals with legal consultation on domains and domain disputes, the Registrar System and Wait-Status as well as legal issues within the company. Further more his field of activity includes forming contracts and the training of Registrars.
Andrea Höllbacher
Assistant
deals with general inquiries to the legal department. In addition, she is especially responsible for bankruptcy cases.
